+ -1 moreWe asked for an estimate to have our deck resurfaced with a composite material. Approximately one hour before Gus was scheduled to meet with us at our home, he called and said he couldn't make it. He was very apologetic and said that he would try and come over that afternoon. He never showed up or called again.
