+ -1 moreWhen I first brought in my laptop I didn't even know if it was worth it. After SCR diagnosed it and fully explained everything(which is rare because I know NOTHING about computers), they assured me it would run well when done. I still was a little skeptical, but after getting the laptop back it ran like new. I lost nothing, no hidden charges and got the work done in a couple days! It ciould not have gone better! Thanks again guys!
Description of Work: I brought in my older laptop that was running slow and was ready to throw out. SCR proposed a fresh install.

+ -1 moreSince I had a large project to scan, I was starting to panic. S-C-R to the rescue. My problem was resolved efficiently and quickly. The dedication to customer service is outstanding. In some situations you are presented with several options with different price points. S-C-R makes several suggestions but leaves it up to the client to make the decision regarding changes to service, etc. I would highly recommend them for your computer needs.
