+ -1 moreHe was so meticulous that he didnt even need to use painters tape. There was not a single drop of paint on the floor or anywhere. He was prompt and efficient.
Description of Work: He prepped and painted a new room that I had converted from a porch. The builder had spackled it, but Tom finished it. He also repaired a wall in an adjoining room.
