+ 1 moreWe love him! We?re really satisfied with his work and have passed out his cards to our friends. We?re definitely planning on using him again in the future. I?d recommend him to anyone who needed work done. His prices are very affordable and make you feel like you?re getting quality work at a rate that you can afford. He?s great at working around a budget and his availability is good.
Description of Work: I've been using SJM Construction to do several projects at a home I just purchased. Sam completely re-did our kitchen and put ceramic tile down in the kitchen and garage. He converted my garage into an apartment in which he added two walls and a full size bathroom. I’m planning on having him add a small kitchen there in the future. He also replaced the roof above my garage and insulated the garage and the roof above the garage as well. He installed hardwood floor in my living room as well as putting marble tile around the fireplace. He painted and spackled the entire house. Sam replaced quite a few boards on the deck and treated and re-stained the deck. He’s currently putting sheet-rock in my basement as well as installing a new bathroom, including a full size shower.
