Pitney Painting Company

Sent an email over 7 days ago with no response. Called this morning in an effort to schedule an appointment for a Estimate/Quote. Received a call back 8 hours later telling me that they are too busy to provide me an estimate.

Requested a quote and they did not respond in any form.

Great! Patrick was on time, on budget and extremely helpful. His estimate was reasonable and he went out of his way to help me on a tight timeline. Both Sharons in the office were pleasant and helped with communication on both the estimate appointment and the job. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would use them again without hesitation.

We met with this company at our house to discuss what we wanted done and to get a quote. They were very professional, friendly and thorough. We found another vendor at a lower rate, so decided to go with them. I would definitely contact this company again in the future to consider them for other jobs.

I am very pleased with Pitney. They were efficient and respectful, and the workers' attention to detail is excellent. They took down all my shutters and pressure-washed the house prior to starting the paint job. The condition of my house required some minor carpentry and stucco repairs which were also done by Pitney. The co-owner, Patrick, will offer an opinion about paint sheen & color in a way that is helpful and not over-bearing. The finished paint job is beautiful!

This was the most seamless project with a contractor that I have experienced to date, and I have many years of experience with various contractors at a number of homes I have owned over the past 30 years. The owner of the company, Pat, made arrangements to visit my home for purposes of preparing an estimate. He showed up on time and provided me with valuable information about paints, finishes, etc. They completed the work on schedule and did a beautiful job in the process. They cleaned up, replaced furnishings and left my home spotless. I will be calling them again when I am ready to have my second floor painted.

Job went perfectly. This was not any easy job in any way. The house is 100 years old and lots of prep work was needed. I use Pitney paints whenever I need a painter. As usual they Arrived on time, early in the morning and by the time I get home From work they are cleaned up and gone. All that's left is the Beautiful paint job. Thank you Pitney Paints

The owner, Mr. Sheehan. was very professional and confidence-inspiring. The workmen were very efficient and careful with my property, They cleaned up daily and let me know the status of things and/or problems they encountered. I was sick during their time at my house and they couldn't have been more considerate about that, even telling me they'd try to work quietly - and they did!! I had also called the paint store to inquirer about the primer and paint specified in the estimate and they confirmed that it was the correct type for my application. They also said positive things about Pitney Painting, which sealed the deal for me! I am very satisfied with the work and would use them again.

Excellent work. We've had them twice before: large two story halfway and exterior painting. They are perfectionists. I've never discovered a single mistake. They come when they promise and finish promptly. They charge a bit more than the competition, but they are worth it.

Excellent work, as always! I have used Pitney Painting Co. for the past nine years, for both exterior and interior painting and wallpaper work. They have also done some side work, such as mounting a railing in a stairway, and repairing screens on some windows. Co-owner Mike Sheerin provides the initial estimate and monitors the work of his crews. The painters have always done excellent work, and we have greatly appreciated their professional attitude and good overall behavior. Outstanding results, every time!

They got here every day straight in a row and they finished within the week; we have a big, old house. I did not like one of the colors they began putting on so they immediately stopped and brought me a new sample. I decided that was a better color so they were very responsive to what I wanted. They were very neat and there was not a speck of paint; they covered all the bushes and were great. We were very pleased with the job.
