I am a former One Hour Heating VICTIM. I cannot say enough about GS Mech. owner, George, tec John and receptionist. During Covid and computer chip supply issues they obtained and installed circuit board for me. Today my daughter, with a newborn baby, had no heat. John remembered me, diverted his schedule within the hour and restored heat for the baby and mom.. GS Mechanical, takes care of regulars and does not charge a membership fee like 1 hour

Awesome experience! Tech dispatched quickly, John was professional and courteous. Determinedly diagnosed the AC/heating thermostat wiring issue, corrected it. Performed maintenance on AC unit and left everything spotless. Total pleasure to work with, would recommend.

The service technician John was very professional and thorough. They also responded quickly. They showed up within 2 hours of me placing the call to them. Another outfit I called could not come out for 4 days. I would highly recommend.

Technician has no intention of doing any work or arriving. They try to sell a product that we did not want and asked outrageous price for the service that we actually want. Demand a service charge of 100dls no matter what, the office will not return my calls.

Hired GS to perform a service on my heaters. John and his assistant were on time and conducted themselves professionally. Ran into a couple issues, which the guys were very able to address and more importantly they explained everything to me. I was so satisfied with their service that I enrolled in their maintenance service plan.
