Excellent Service, John and Joe were punctual, professional and provided quality service in the diagnosis and care for my system. Took the time to explain what was happening and made great recommendations for moving forward. Signed up for the yearly maintenance agreement because of how they handled the service call.

Our 2nd floor heating system would not start. I contacted GS Mechanical and 2 other companies, but decided to trust the reviews. Spoke w/ Rene and she set up the appt 2 days later at my request. John came on time, diagnosed the problem on our unit and left to get the correct part. He returned in approx. 1 hour and we were up and running. He explained everything he did and what the issue was. I will definitely use this company again. Thanks GS Mechanical! They live up to all the good reviews.

My husband insisted they return because he felt something was not right. The owner came right out and assured my husband that everything was working properly and we had not given the AC enough time to cool the house down from 80 degrees. My husband gave it two hours! I thought the company was so patient and so gracious with such a frivolous complaint. They had given us advice over the phone but came out in person to insure we were okay. Can't thank them enough.

The owner George and the technician John was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. George contacted me right away once I contacted him through home advisor. This was a Saturday evening with no heat in the home. He kept calling me checking in with me. By Monday I had heat. I need a whole new system and it's working better than the old one. He also installed a new thermostat. I appreciate their help and service and I will definitely refer them to others and use them again. They also have an excellent warranty package.

As soon as I contacted them through Home Advisors , they contacted me right away and sent technician to house on a Sunday. There was no heating in the house. By Wednesday they were able to replaced the unit and has been working perfectly since. The technician was able to show me and explain my choices in detail. My husband and I chose to replaced unit due to age. I will continue doing business company as they are reliable and give you options.

GS Mechanical installed two top-of-the-line high efficiency heating/cooling systems in our Ocean City home using the existing duct-work. George and John did amazing work down to the smallest detail. Perfection was their constant objective. Moreover, their word was their bond. What they promised, they provided- well beyond my expectations. If you are looking for an honest company. THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY.. Tech person came out to my home for Air Conditioner problem, I was told by George the owner that I would receive a call before any work was done. The tech called me after the work was done to tell me I needed a new Furnace that would cost me $7,500 dollars then he said I fixed your problem for $236. I did not receive a phone call before work was done as promised and I did not receive an invoiced outlining what was done and cost to do it.. I would NEVER use GS MECHANICAL OR HOMEADVISOR again

George was very patient in accommodating my work schedule. He explained what was needed and why my system needed to be replaced. He and his worker John were very pleasant to talk to. I always knew when they were to arrive. The work was done in the amount of time that they said it would take. Everything was done in a very professional and spotless manner. A tech came out to diagnose problems with our air conditioner and it turned out we needed a whole new unit. This was not unexpected as the unit was 20+ years old and seemed to be on its way out for some time. George gave us a number of options and thoroughly described the pros of each. Everyone we worked with was pleasant, communicative, and prompt. Would recommend.
