On Christmas Day dishwasher the quit working. Called next morning and came out before noon and repaired. With a house full of guests, a lifesaver.

We called Tuesday morning and he was out the same day in the afternoon. He figured out the issue and fixed it within an hour and the dryer was back up and running. He was pretty reasonable in price under $150. /We would use again if needed!

They do not do that kind of work they suggested a small appliance repair service but did not know of one to recommend.

I called them to repair a GE front loading washer. The scheduler was not sure they would work on that, so i had to call her back when I got home with a model number. She confirmed they handled that model number, so I scheduled a service call as soon as they had available, which was 2 days later. Since I had to leave work to meet the tech, they were kind enough to give me a call when he left his previous appointment. He actually talked to my roommate, as I had not yet arrived. The tech took one look at the machine and said - we don't those. Said the girl in the office would call me back. She never called. I called her back a few days later by mistake- still seeking service on this washer. I gave her feedback that I was disappointed by the inconvenience and misinformation they provided. She did even apolgize. Bad customer service, IMO

Love, love, love C&R Appliance. Have used them for a handful of issues in the past couple years involving oven, fridge and dryer and cannot sing their praises enough. If only all companies were this good. I inquired about having my new clothes dryer changed from back vent to side vent. This necessitated me ordering a $103 kit (after tax and delivery charges) from the manufacturer. However, Carl was in the area and stopped by to check the dryer out to see what would be involved once the kit arrived. In the end he determined that the kit was unnecessary and they could get the necessary parts from the local hardware store for $10, saving me close to $100! As always Carl and his protégé (apologies, I'm horrible with names) were professional, courteous, accommodating and did the work on the spot. C&R Appliance is the gold standard with respect to work product and customer service. Colleen and Cindy in the office are also always courteous and call back in a timely manner when I have a question. A+++++

I called at approximately 10:30AM and spoke with the scheduler explained my problem. She asked a few questions regarding make and model and the problem I was having. I received a return call at 11:00AM stating they were on the way. They had the part that was needed and went to work, in and out. They were in my home less than 15 minutes. Very professional strictly business.

They were very friendly and professional, the dryer and washer is now working a lot more better than before.

Guys were great, in and out in 10 minutes. Replaced a part on the dryer, working fine now. Very honest.

this is my first experience with C & R Appliance Service and I could not be more pleased with their customer service skills and prompt service from my first contact with their service representative Colleen to the same day diagnosis & repair of my leaking Maytag washing machine by Carl (the owner) & Dave . The cause of the leak was diagnosed and repaired with a certified Maytag replacement drain pump in less than half hour. I highly recommend this family owned business.

My dishwasher sprung a leak on Saturday morning. Called C&R and left a message. Bright and early Monday am, Colleen returned my call, and the guys were here within an hour. A hose had come loose and needed to be reattached. Since I am usually away at work during the day, it was good to know that C&R will work on Saturday if necessary. I recommend C&R highly. They were great to deal with.

Can't say enough good things about C&R Appliance Service. If I could give them an A+, I would. They answered the call the first time I called. Clearly told me their labor charges and availability. They scheduled the repairs within a day or two and called me when they were onsite so I could approve the charges. I was referred by a neighbor who has a professional connection to this company. I called C & R and left a message - I received a call back the same day and arranged for the repairman to come out the following day. They showed up (which is a big problem in this area, it is a resort town in the middle of the busy summer season) and on time. I was informed that the part had to be ordered and an approximate amount it would cost for the repair. Within a week they returned and fix the problem. The price initially seemed a bit high, but the job required two men, because my machine is staked over my washing machine and is in a small space. So, I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

I called yesterday morning to get it scheduled and they said they could come out right away because they were in my area. He was at my house with in 15 minutes. Carl is the owner, he is the one that came out to service my ice maker. He was on time, professional, and very polite. He got the job down within 15 minutes.

I would highly recommend C&R Appliance. In addition to being professional and addressing the issue quickly, they were accommodating with scheduling and did not sub out the repair to another provider as some others do. In addition to replacing the igniter on my oven, they cleaned out the bottom of my oven and replaced the burnt out oven light bulb at no extra charge. Before calling C&R I researched Angie's List reviews/cost for igniter replacement and found the average cost to be $15-$20 more than what C&R charged me, and those reviews didn't mention additional services provided for free. I couldn't be more happy with C&R and will definitely use them again for any appliance repair work I need.

C&R Appliance Service was recommended by both a friend of mine and believe it or not, they were suggested to me by a competitor as a company that knew my Frigidaire product. After this wonderful experience, C&R Appliance Service will be my first call in the future! They were very professional and friendly when I called. They checked with one of their technicians who was going to be in my area that day and got back to me within 15 minutes to schedule a same day visit! They arrived on time as scheduled. They were professional, personable and friendly! They cleaned up after themselves and left the kitchen looking as it did before they arrived. I would highly recommend them and as I stated above, they will be my first call in the future.

Gave me 1/2 hours notice he would be at the house ( I work 8 miles away) He was on time, had the part. He also adjusted some of the shelves. with no additional charge. All went well !!!

It went great! They were there not too long, diagnosed the problem quickly and even happened to have a part with them! They also cleaned all the frost out and checked things out thoroughly. When we saw the reviews and looked in the phone book, there were two C&R Appliance Services. This is the one marked "Original". This is the second time we needed them and they were just as professional as the first. Definitely on my list of honest businesses!

The came between the time periods which was specified. The are very friendly professional, very knowledgeable and experienced. Took them about 30-45mins to fix the problem (replace the broken defrost heater). I would definitely use them and recommend them for future appliance repairs. What impressed me the most was that not only they fix the problem but also adjusted my fridge to the correct height for the space! They went above and beyond what was ask for. Thanks guys

It was the second time I had used them. They are prompt. They are very friendly and professional. I called them on Sunday and they came out on Monday morning. I can't recommend them enough.
