Description of Work: Blake Williams and his team resurrected a sad looking house that had stood empty for a decade into a vibrant, brand new-looking summer house. He is utterly professional as well as being a good man. While the price was not cheap, it was fair, and considering the quality of the work, was good value. The project involved repairing a chimney, replacing the roof, replacing rotted clapboards, insulating the crawl space and attic, installing a new kitchen and bathrooms, refinishing and installing hardwood flooring, tearing down an old garage, putting utilities underground, updating the electrical system, painting, etc. We have a whole new house! We give Blake and his team our highest recommendation.
