Thursty Water Systems

Thursty's has fixed numerous issues at our unconventional home. We have a steam boiler, which none of the other people we've hired seem to know how to work with. Our home is very old and nearly every repair is custom. Thursty's has shown they have the knowledge to tackle any of the odd things we've thrown at them, quickly and at a fair price. We trust Thursty Water Systems 100% and recommend them to our friends and neighbors regularly.

The appointment was for between 3-4PM 2. Scott showed up at about 4:10 PM. I had an appointment 50 minutes away at 5:00 requiring this appointment to be short. Scott was here for MAYBE 10 minutes. He advised that the tub faucet couldn't be replaced without tearing apart the tub tile. That took about 30 seconds to determine. He advised that he didn't sell small filters for faucets for such as the kitchen sink. He advised getting a Brita. Another 30 seconds. He took a brief look at our filter system and advised that it was fine and also told me of the size for replacement. That took maybe a minute. We discussed the well pump and cost for replacement when the pump goes. That took another two minutes. He left with no work performed and no parts purchased. This was a brief consult ONLY. I received a bill for what I consider to be a whopping $100.00. Now I recognize that time is money, but to bill such an exorbitant amount for such a short time when nothing was done but to look at three simple things, well, I found that to be ridiculous. I wrote an email stating that I would pay the bill within the required 10 days and expressed my displeasure at the cost. I received no response. I also wrote a brief note that I enclosed with my check also expressing my shock at such a high bill for what was done. The response? Only the cashing of my check. Never again will I call Thursty Water Systems.
