+ -1 moreHAVE USED TERRY FOR YEARS. ALWAYS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, WORK DONE WELL. INSTALLED A NEW BOILER 5 YEARS AGO, AND REPLACED THE COMPUTER SYSTEM THAT GOT FLOODED OUT. NO PROBLEMS, EV ERYTHING WORKED FINE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Description of Work: CLEANED FURNACE, REPLACED FILTERS, SOME MINOR REPAIRS TO VENTILATION

Description of Work: I needed an inspection and an estimate for work to be done on the heating system for a property that I was considering purchasing. I asked around town for a reputable technician and Terry Beale's name came up repeatedly. He was very knowledgable and explained what issues he saw as critical as well as other problems related to heating/venting/chimney repair......and also provided me with several referrals of people he respected to estimate and reform that work. I did not purchase the property but if I had, I absolutely would have hired Terry to do the repairs. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
