Mark was very professional, spent a good amount of time at my house during the initial consultation, discussing what we wanted to do, the benefits of each component, and the installation/maintenance of each piece. The quote was delivered to me via e-mail the next business day, as promised. I had several questions on the quote, including warranty periods and filter costs. The office staff were very polite and professional, taking the time to answer all my questions, and provide all the extra information that I requested. Once we decided to go with US water consultants, they were able to schedule the work for the following week. On the day of the installation, a two man crew showed up 5 minutes early, both professionally dressed and very courteous. They immediately got to work removing the old equipment and installing the new system. Every time they came up from the basement, they wiped their feet before stepping onto the rug, just to make sure they did not make a mess. The entire installation took about 3.5 hours. As the work drew to a close, Keith came up and began to walk me through each piece. He went item by item, and gave me the manuals for each system. As he did, he explained where any necessary shut off valves were, how/when to maintain it, and what to look-out for. Once the entire job was done, they double checked with me, to make sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed, and that I was satisfied with the work before they asked for payment. We looked at 3 different companies for this project. I will say that US water was not the least expensive (I had quotes for $200 and $400 less), but I felt very confident in the company. We looked at this project as something that provided our family with a long term benefit, and therefore price was not the main factor in our decision. We chose to work with them because they had many good reviews, and our neighbor had used them previously, and had a similarly positive experience.

It went well. However had to have them come back to install a new arsenic removal canister. They were prompt and professional. We also had to have them return to adjust the level on the softening system a couple of times. Both times they were there quickly.

Considering that they were cheaper than the last person I went to and they didn't charge maintenance fees. They only charged installation.
