+ 0 moreExcellent! We first came to know Robert 12 years ago, when he installed our Kenmore water heater. The other work listed (drain pipes, toilet) has been as-needed during the last 12 years. He is the one we call. He is friendly and professional, and is in my opinion, very proficient in his craft. Since the Kenmore water heater was at the end of its warranty, we called him to replace it. He is a good communicator, responsive, on time and has a great sense of humor. He is also well-priced, in my opinion. I would recommend his services to everybody. Thank you Bob!!
Description of Work: Drain pipe leak. Drain pipe snake. Toilet install. Water heater replacement.

+ -1 moreHe came to install a gas dryer and did a fine job. I was impressed how he handled three dryers up and down my front stairs all by himself! He even agreed to help me with my range oven at the last minute and found it was unusable and where the problem was. I also enjoyed his sense of humor.

+ -1 moreRobert was very easy to deal with. He was very accommodating, and extremely proficient!
Description of Work: I called Robert to come look at & fix a leak a had in my shower. He was very prompt in calling me back, and in setting up a time to come to my condo. He determined what the problem was, and explain what needed to happen to fix it. It took him about a half hour to fix the problem. He had to cut & re-thread a pipe, then re-seat the downspout in my shower. He was a little pricey, but I would rather pay more for service I can rely on to be done right. I am very happy with the service Robert provided me. I would use his service again, and would recommend him to anyone I knew! Thank you, Robert!
