Polite, prompt response and pick up. He took apart equipment so as not to damage lawn. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants efficient work done at a very fair price. I will be calling them many more times.

I hired Mike to build a large, composite deck on my property back in April. Mike did everything he said he was going to do (drafting plans, getting the permit, demoing the old stairs, buying the materials and installing the new deck). He was completely professional and thoughtful. He showed up when he said that he would and did the job to satisfaction. If there were areas in our discussion that were unclear, he approached us to get approval before making the changes. He was thoughtful and had great ideas. He made sure that the area was appropriately clean. We had an issue with buying the materials from Lowe's in a timely manner and Mike interceded to help us out with his connections. Mike's pricing was very fair - best I could find. I would highly recommend Loiselle Contracting and already have and from my recommendations, he has been hired on subsequent jobs. Again - I would highly recommend Mr. Mike Loiselle - terrific experience!!

In all respects , I found Mike capable, efficient and considerate of my needs- I thought it would be impossible to hire someone for such a limited job, but his estimate was prompt and acceptable and the work likewise. I will definitely hire him again .

Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience as others with Mike. I will say that he is nice guy and would have probably done a great job. I asked mike to fix the wrap around porch on my house. This was in March. The estimate was very fair and I submitted half up front. April came and I think he might have been working on a more lucrative job because he never returned to actually perform the work. I had emails saying that he would be out the next week, nothing. Be out the next week, again nothing. I would only get a status when I sent an email , about once every 2 weeks. Its now almost June, and I sent one last email to tell Mike that I can't wait longer the 1 more week. No response. I'm out my deposit and moving on to another contractor.

I hired Mike for a cabinet install. He's an awesome guy and very pleasant to work with. You won't be disappointed! He did a phenomenal job on my new kitchen, it's absolutely amazing. He came in, did the job quickly and with high quality. He checked in to make sure I was up-to-date on the job. You will not be disappointed in hiring Mike. He was fantastic to work with and I will hire him again.

Mike did an excellent job assessing and making repairs to an overhang that had very little insulation. Mike was really fast, was up front about the costs, and wrote up a detailed contract showing all the tasks required. I plan on calling him again for our next project.

Mike is customer centric. He answered all of our questions. We plan on hiring him again for future jobs.

You WILL NOT find an easier handyman to work with. Polite, easy-going, prompt and considerate. Prices are entirely reasonable. It is hard to get 5 stars from me, and I rate his customer service as a 5 because they won't let me rate him a 6.

I am very pleased with my new interior door Mike installed that led from my garage to my family room. Mike showed me a catalog and explained the different types of doors. He had no problem accommodating me with a few adjustments that I requested. His price was reasonable and I didn't have to wait long for the install. I definitely will hire Mike again.

Mike did a great job on our deck repair. We were quoted a very reasonable price and told the job would be completed in 2 days. The job was completed in 2 days and we were charged less than the quote! We can't say enough about the quality of his work and professionalism. We already have another project in mind for Mike. We will be recommending Mike to our friends and co-workers. Mike was a real professional. He arrived each day promptly and ready to work. He worked independently. Mike was well connected with local town officials and worked well with them to get proper permits in place prior to work.

Mike built a deck at my daughters house. From his initial response to final cleanup everything was first rate. He is a hard worker, and has excellent carpentry skills. My daughter is very happy with the whole project, and was amazed at how well everything turned out. I would definitely hire him again.

Mike was excellent. He responded quickly, and gave estimates for 3 porch sizes and different materials. He fit us in quickly, and even did a bit more work when he found some rotted wood. We liked that he gave us a choice among different styles of railings. The finished product looks great, he paid a great deal of attention to little details, and we couldn't be happier with his work.
