My AC failed the night before a business trip. Eric was willing to take my passcode and go in and fix the very old R22 system the next day for my wife. A week later, the refrigerant was low and system failed. Within 2 days, his Team was in again and replaced the system at a very reasonable price. Very professional, responsive and trustworthy!

I was extremely satisfied with the service from the moment I called. They responded to my call right away, arrived at my house within a few hours, had my air conditioner repaired within a half hour, and the cost was less than $200...great deal! I have an R22 which is an old system and there was no pressure to replace it. I would highly recommend this professional company and will definitely be calling them for any future issues and/or replacements.

I reached out to Chase Heating and Cooling based on their excellent Angie's List reviews as I needed both general A/C Maintenance for our Splits, as well as a much larger conversion from an Oil Heating system to Propane for Heating/Cooking/Clothes Dryer. This review is for the Heating conversion, but I will quickly say that the A/C Maintenance was also affordable and thorough, and I would recommend them for that as well. As far as heating, Erik came out and installed a brand new Viessman system for us with both a wall mounted boiler and an indirect water tank. The attached picture is worth a thousand words as the new system looks like a work of Art in my opinion. The level of pre-planning he put into the job, organization on-site, and carefulness in what he was doing speaks volumes for his methodical quality of work. System looks great, is running great, and was worth every penny. Would absolutely recommend him out to friends/family looking to get work done.

We have two units for a large house - both stoped working with heat wave - called several companies and most were too busy to even give use a quote or look at system. One that I have used on and off for years came and did a detailed review with a quote said would be $3,000 per unit and should be easier to simply replace since both are R-22 (Freon) units. Replacement would be $5,000 per unit total $10,000. Problem we live a large (8,000 sqft) impressive house so repairmen often get bell out and start ringing as they head for door. Called Chase on a Friday and he said was very busy, but would try to get someone to look at it on Monday. Jay from Chase arrived t 11AM Monday moved to outdoor units with tools - he got one unit up and running in five minutes. Second unit had a blown capacitor - he had replacement in truck - second unit up and running in about an hour. - with heatwave house is back to 72 degrees. Amazing!! Cost was $320 - this is amazing honesty that needs to be widely published - we have to replace the R-22 system with a new system maybe next year - can be sure we will use Chase - This entire HVAC industry is all about up sell and confusion .. very impressed Chase fixes the problem and charges a faire price and does it fast .. Five Star Highly recommend the best.

Erik and Jay were very skilled in their trade. They did exactly what they said they would do and I am very happy with the way my new heating unit operates. It is much more efficient and effective plus it's half the size and very quiet. It's a huge improvement over my old unit which was twice the size and loud and dirty. I'll be using them again in the spring when I get my new air conditioner.

I called Jay for service as told to by the main number. He called me back very quickly and would have come out the next day but I had plans. We set a time for Monday and he arrived on time and was very professional in his presentation. We reviewed the problem, he checked the equipment and everything looked good. To my surprise it was working fine. Oh well, at least I learned of a service that I could rely on.

The professionalism and quality of the work by chase heating and cooling is hands down the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. They are priced right, punctual, clean and professional. The system they installed cools the house and now that it’s been cold we tried the heating system and WOW does it work great. In a word, awesome. My oil burner died on the first cold snap two seasons ago and Eric replaced my burner the next day. Pricing was fair, everyone was professional, respectful, polite, neat and clean (!) and Eric is a perfectionist. Three seasons ago my A/C died and again, Eric fit me in quickly. He figured a way to get a mini split to cool my entire house. He recalled flooding in my area several years ago and made sure the outside unit was raised as high as possible,

After 7 days of constant running at the tail end of last week's heat wave, one of our AC units stopped working. I chose Chase Heating and Cooling based upon their reviews and proximity to our house. I called Erik first thing on Friday a.m. He was at our home within 30 minutes and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem. He quickly determined that the blower motor had burned out, which aligned with what my wife and I had speculated. He also pointed out several things that we could/should do to extend the life of our 15 year-old system. He was able to find a new blower and was back at our house 2 hours later to install it. I could not recommend him more highly. He was at all times prompt, courteous, and professional. I will definitely use him going forward for any heating and cooling work in the future.

After arriving home after work, I noticed my AC unit was not blowing any air. After calling several companies, including my HVAC service provider, all of them said it would be 4 days to 4 weeks before they could provide any service. While trying again the next morning, I found Chase H&C and they came right out to help. The technician, Jay, was wonderful. He added coolant to the system and assured it was operational before he left. I will definitely use them again to perform my furnace check-up before this winter.

I was surprised that Erik was able to come out and look at my AC unit so quickly with the heatwave we were experiencing, after sending in an email the night before. He was able to repair my 30+ year old central AC unit on the spot and it was up and running in about an hour. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I realize I am on borrowed time with that unit, so I will set up an appointment for an estimate.

I obtained 5 quotes, and decided to go with Erik. He was very knowledgeable, approachable, detailed and patient in explaining the scope of work, a quote was provided within a few days, with options priced out individually, so I was able to choose what I wanted. The job was scheduled timely, the crew was on time. Upon job completion, Erik helped me with rebate paperwork as well. The job was done in December, and when we wanted to turn on the new a/c for the first time, someone from his crew came out to make sure it went smoothly. I am satisfied with the entire process, and happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Erik for any heating /cooling work.

We were very pleased with his work . We have a wood ceiling in the living room that the pipe needed to go through. He measured and re-measured until he was sure of the placement before cutting. His price was not the cheapest, but well worth it in our eyes for the high quality job that he did. price included pickup of stove ran new gas pipes installed stove pipe through the roof.

Erik was accommodating in scheduling the estimate. He was on time and professional. He immediately asked what my priorities were. I requested 3 different scenarios. He was very detailed and thorough with his answers. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained how his company “does it right the first time”. He answered all my questions and was very patient. At this time I am waiting for a written estimate. I will update this review if I go with Chase.

If you need any heating or air conditioning work, do not look any further than Chase Heating & Cooling. Erik is a great guy who knows his trade. I called him on a Saturday morning for a quote. He was at my house in a few hours. I had a quote first thing Monday morning and I gave him the job. The entire job was completed that week. He did an outstanding job for me and even did a few extra things at no charge. He is very conscientious and has a great crew. Good contractors are hard to find. He is one of the best.

Excellent - Erik took the time to explain everything to us and actually listened to our questions. He made recommendations based on our needs and was within budget. I called half a dozen places for an estimate-nobody returned calls or emails. I finally called Eric Chase and got a call back that day. He was fantastic! Got a prompt estimate and my central air two months later. It could not have gone better .
