Description of Work: During the winter of 2014/2015 we experienced ice dam flooding that damaged multiple rooms in our home. Applewood Construction/Kitchen & Bath assessed the situation and turned a devastating experience into a dream kitchen, plus restored living room and dining room ceilings, replaced and painted walls, reinforced sunroom framing and installed new roof (over sun room). | |Lenny began by providing us with a professional estimate; breaking down the cost on each aspect of our project. During this process he presented us with some great design options, which we incorporated into our project. | |Prior to beginning work he provided us with a schedule that was lived up to |by the carpenters, electricians, plumbers, sheet rockers, painters etc. Everything went like clockwork. Each and every contractor acted professionally. All were courteous and considerate. Before leaving each day everything was cleaned up. | |After spending time looking for a professional contractor we finally found one. Description of Work: The remodeled our outdated bathroom. We added new fresh tile around the tub and on the floor, a brand new jetted tub, and had fresh paint. It went smoothly. No horror stories here. They worked with what we wanted to do and our budget. Everyone was professional and they were in contact with us every step. We would, and plan to, use them again. Great ownership.

 + -1 moreThe measurements taken were completely accurate and during that appointment provided insight into how to lay out the spacing and other factors to consider. The remarks were insightful and not rushed. During the scheduling they provided an outline of the various work schedule, work crew and importantly what i needed to have ready (appliance delivery) on which day. When the cabinets were delivered, they sent someone over to unbox and review them for defects and damage. They identified all issues so that they could be resolved prior to the construction phase. They arrived on time with pleasant and friendly attitudes. During the work, they discussed what was happening and fully answered any questions that I had. They cleaned up each day and co-ordinated with the other workmen (electrical and plumbing) so that the job was done as quickly as possible. They had everything in place for the counter top folks on time and then returned to double check all the work and complete the job. Overall they were great to work with.
Description of Work: Santosuosso Construction performed the measurement and utilmately removal and installation of new kitchen cabinets along with providing the electrician and plumber to update the boxes along the counter and island. They provided the measurements of the space that i used to purchase the cabinet design from. The options discussed during the measurement provided ideas for me to review with the cabinet designer. Santosuosso provided all the labor for the removal and installation of the cabinets.
