They also deliver our oil automatically. The young gentlemen that was here seemed to really know what he was talking about. The furnace is running better now than before. He found a major problem and fixed that. He was here when he said he would. He was here for about 2 hours to clean the furnace and all that. He left the area very clean.
Description of Work: Cleaned our furnace.

Fine. They are courteous, and prompt. They give you 10 days to pay at the reduced rate. Their prices are usually one of the best. Never had a problem.
Description of Work: I buy my oil from them most of the time.

I really do not understand what is so hard about delivering fuel oil or propane. We did the pre-buy program in 2012-2013 and Rymes faile to deliver fuel oil to us even though we had pre-paid. Someone from the company called us up to apologize. That was nice but doesn't help when you have no heat or hot water. When I needed a propane tank set in a property I was selling, it took them three tries to come out and set a tank. We had more than sufficient credit; even so, I gave them a check for the antipicated cost. Still they did NOTHING. Finally I emailed and asked what the problem was. They said I hadn't said what DATE the tank was to be set. That was because it was ASAP.This evening, even though we are once again on automatic delivery, I found a phone message to the effect that we are scheduled for delivery next week but we need to "make arrangements." Folks, how hard is it to understand automatic delivery? You've had our credit application since August, we have several hundred dollars credit with you as it is. As near as I can tell, all Rymes does is take your money and them come up with as many excuses as they can NOT to deliver on what they promise.
Description of Work: NOTHNG, at least not until I complained several times/

I am pretty happy with them. I've been using them for 10 years. The experience has been really good. They are really courteous. If my propane level runs low they come out. The measuring gauge in the ground malfunctioned about 5 years ago and they came out and fixed it immediately. They clean my furnace and I have no problems with them. I am really satisfied. They are pretty reasonable and fair. I spend about $3,500 a year for fuel and maintenance. The furnace is not covered but they clean it. All the companies charge the same amount.
Description of Work: I use Rymes Heating Oil for propane. They come on a regular schedule to deliver and if I think I am running low, I check it and call them.
