RIGHT WAY CLEANING

They did a great job. They wiped everything down and even moved washing machines and washed the floor, the kitchen range and the refrigerator. Everything shined when they finished. I stayed and pointed out what was important to me for them to clean, but it is difficult for a cleaner to know what is important to clean very thoroughly. They went back to do more work whenever I asked them to. You need to let them know what need cleaned.

We hired Right Way in the hopes that because they are a business with management and a storefront, their professionalism would offset the extra cost. Sadly, this was not the case. The quality of the work started out good but went quickly downhill. My standards are not that high but they were doing things like skipping the showers and toilets in the course of cleaning the bathroom. The thing that prompted me to write this negative review, however, is that one day they dumped me as a client because they lost their other client in my town (15 minutes from their office). It wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't informed me of this on the day before they were supposed to come, the day before I was throwing a party and was really counting on cleaning help. It was incredibly unprofessional and a poor way to treat someone who had always treated them well. Avoid them. They are overpriced, unprofessional, and they do not take pride in their work.
