+ 0 moreI picked them because, they were the cheapest. The service was very good. They packed it well and I had no problem getting it down. I brought it to New York City. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Portland Glass of West Lebanon wrapped up a 30 x 60 inch glass top and put it in my car so I could transport it. It was for my dining room table.

+ 0 moreFrom my very first contact with Joanne, the customer service person in the office, I was impressed with their responsiveness. During the entire process, from obtaining quotes through the final installation, she was great about keeping me up-to-date. Nathan, who came out to do the initial estimate as well as the installation, was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk with. The entire installation crew was just great. They arrived on time, ready to work, took only a short lunch break, and had the job done by mid-afternoon. While they were there, they even replaced a cracked windowpane in an adjacent window! I would certainly hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.
Description of Work: The project involved replacing the windows on my back porch. The existing windows were horizontal panels with somewhat flexible vinyl that had become very yellowed and cloudy over the past 17 years.
