+ -1 moreIt went swimmingly Brad from geek squad was the ideal professional, pleasant, diligent, efficient, polite, tolerated my nosey dogs and cat, and did a bang up in. He even donned heavy duty Geek Squad slippers. No mud was tracked in, no carpets were harmed during this repair visit.
Description of Work: He trouble shot my wifi router/modem; trouble shot my computer, ran diagnostics and found my computer had a hardware issue that prevents it from being on wifi. He helped facilitate return of machine to Lenovo, as it was under warrantee

+ -1 moreAlways available to assist with computer issues. Install and renew all protective programs. Able to take it in if cannot fix over phone.
Description of Work: Issues varied. Usually a slow running computer, the give it a "check up" and they clean up all interfering virus and malware problems.

+ -1 moreAsk for Chris, he was stellar. He came exactly when promised, he clearly knew all about the possibilities and difficulties of what we were asking him to do and with a smile, that was in no way condescending, he completed all the varied tasks in less than 90 minutes and explained what he had done, why, and how it worked. Best electronic experience ever. It took 45 minutes standing in line at the store to schedule the appointment which was irritating but todays visit made that ridiculous delay a distant and fading memory.
Description of Work: Hooked up Comcast to wireless to reach TV in inaccessible room that Comcast and Electricians would have charged much, much, much more to reach...in fact neither of them suggested a wireless possibility. I may be close to 60 but I know wires are no longer de riguer. Also connected printer to Fax and wireless after a move, fixed antennae for radio and combined old emails.
