Did not use. cannot find coupon that I printed out. Can I some how still get service I paid for?

Very pleased with their work. They came out and cleaned my chimney. Very Satisfied.

He did a great job and the price was well below other estimates.

Kevin showed up at the time he said he would, looked at the problem we described and suggested that the chimney could be sealed rather than be taken down - and for a lot less money. Kevin returned the following week (to let the brick dry) and sealed the chimney. He called us after the next rain storm to see if we had had any rain come through. Even though the chimney had not leaked in a heavy rain, we asked Kevin to come back and apply another coat of sealer. He did that and did not charge us for the second visit. His professionalism and attitude were outstanding. We would recommend him with no reservations.

He was very responsive to our need. He informed us what needed to be done, did it, and within his estimate.

When I called Kevin to schedule the repair he explained that he might be able to drop off at my home to see what needs to be done. By the time I got home he had come out and did a temporary fix for me. He left his card with his contact information. He then followed up with me on the phone that night and explained that the fix would last some time but would need to have it repaired at a later date. I thanked him so much for responding so quickly and asked that when he has time after his next job I would like to schedule the repair with him. He was very professional.

Kevin was very responsive and did a good job cleaning the chimney and even repaired the damper for us. Very easy to work with. Work definitely use in the future.

I called two companies, from Angies list, for installing of three liners, in the chimney. Made appointments with both companies, but cancelled the second one after Integrity Chimney?s quote. Kevin, and his co-worker were very professional and did the job in the time frame they had given me. After they got into the flue, found things that needed to be adjusted and he did it, without fanfare, nor added cost. Would recommend them, with confidence, you will be writing something similar as my compliments to integrity chimney.

It was originally going to be $100 but he didn't have to do the work that I thought was needed so he wasn't going to charge me anything. He was easy to talk to and explained everything and showed me everything. He could have charged me the $100 because I wasn't down there when he was doing the work but he told me that it didn't need to be cleaned. He was an honest person.

Had some concerns about the integrity of my chimney after I discovered what looked like black goo seeping through on the inside wall of one of my closets. Kevin Fredrickson came the next morning to check it out. He explained what caused the problem, and that it was just remnants of an old problem caused by switching from coal/oil to natural gas heating. Lining the chimney solves the problem, and this was done by a previous owner, so no services required. Kevin was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and punctual, and I would call him again for any future masonry services.

I cannot express how pleased I am with the work and this company. Everyone told me to expect the biggest mess I could imagine in my basement. Kevin and his coworker left the place cleaner than before they started. He said it would take two to two and a half days and it did. I have recommended him to one of my neighbors and he felt the same way when the job was done. I need some other masonry work done and plan on calling him in the spring.

Kevin was great! I think it was an early Saturday morning when we called him, he came by at 9 am as promised. He was very professional, and personable. He had a quote to us within 3 business days. The quote came in about $500 less than other quotes we had received. He asked for 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion, which seemed fair to us. Kevin gave us an idea of when he'd be here to do the repair, and confirmed with us via email before coming over. We were at work when he came over to do the repair. When we got home the job was completed! He had estimated 2 days to do the work and it took him one. The chimney is gorgeous and he put a pretty detail on it. He also stacked up our old bricks so that we could reuse them somewhere else, and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him to anyone who needs chimney or masonry work done!
