First, I told him I wanted him to replace all toilet Fkysh fixtures and told him not to come without full replacement parts. He only replaced one part and a washer in each toilet but charged me for parts as if they were the entire kit ( which I could have bought online fur the price of the 1 part he repacked). He was messy and left grease/ dirt in 3 bathrooms. He tried to “ scare" me into an unnecessary fix, saying one toilet might be leaking and showing a wet cloth. When I did not bite on this, he tried to say I needed a new valve in the shower and did not replace the shower fixtures once I told him I did not believe the valve needed replacement. Definitely not the honest, clean professional I was looking for since I have additional work to do.

Arrived on time. Knew exactly what needed to be done and what possible problems to watch out for. Work completed exactly as expected. Fair price. I will definitely use Michael again.

Fast response, called to verify time, called to indicate would be early, arrived when they said they would, completed the repair quickly, was pleasant during visit and on the phone. What I liked is he ask for a photo of issue to make sure he arrived with the right parts for the repair, shutoff faucet leak under the sink. This is not the first time I have hired him. He is always on time courteous and personable. He gets the job done quickly, explains what he did and leaves no mess behind. I actually had him back the next day to replace the expansion tank on the hot water heater, this to correct hammering pipes. I definitely recommend this plumber!

Mike was competent and contientious. He responded quickly but didn't have all pf the parts with him to complete the job. He returned the next day, a Saturday, as promised and finished the job. He did not charge any extra for the weekend work. I would use him again.

Came next day. Brought to my attention another problem that he fixed within his time frame.

Mike the Plumber called me at 9:30 PM after I put out a request for help with my boiler on short notice. He showed up at 8:00 AM the next morning when he promised and was done fixing the problem in short order. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely hire him in the future.

He was trying to sell me something I didn't not need, and then gave me a hard time when I questioned him.

MIke repaired a broken water pipe at our camp. Pipe was in a cramped crawl space, burst after an extreme cold snap. He was available within 2 days after the call, showed up on time, and performed the repairs quickly. It was obvious he has many years of experience and is very competent. I would hire him again for any future plumbing work.
