Mike didn't push a solution on me that I may not need and let me decide what to do in my own time. We decided not to replace the water heater but to test it out and clean it up and see how long it would go. His rate is about what I would expect from a licensed plumber and his communication was good. He was on time and explained to me in detail how the water heater worked and what to look out for.

When Michael says he will be at your house at a particular time he WILL BE THERE. Michael is the only person I know that actually sticks to his word. I have seen other contractors, electricians and plumbers fail in every way possible when it comes to their word. Some don't show up at all and after a confirmed appointment.

My Shower pipe broke on Sunday night. I went on Homeadvisor at 8:00 Monday morning, by 8:30 Mike called said he could be at the house at 2:00. He was able to free himself up and was there at 11:30 done before 12:30, Woo Hoo showers tonight. Before he started he told my wife what the charge would be, it didn't take him as long as he thought so he charged us less then he said. He could have charged what he quoted and I would have been happy. Mike was very pleasant, professional and fair. I have other work that needs to be done and I will be calling Mike. Absolutely will I be recommending him to friends.

Mike is very efficient, personable, and professional. We had a couple of smaller plumbing jobs for him and he completed those swiftly and with great quality. I'll use this company again for my bathroom remodel and other projects that will come up.

Michael tried to replace the temptrol valve stem in the shower, but it was broken (being 30 years old...). Instead, replacing the whole valve with a new one. Did a good job...!

GotMe Under Pressure owner (Mike) replied the same day as my Home Advisor request. Came out the following morning, assessed the workscope, repaired 1 of 3 parts of the job, and we both have some see-to-its to procure the parts for the other 2 parts. A very nice person who knows what he's doing. Would highly recommend. After finding a suitable replacement part for a fixture that could not be repaired, Mike finished the other 2 parts of my project quickly and professionally. Mike is a very nice, very knowlegable fellow who was responsive, thorough and pleasant. Thank you, Home Advisor, for recommending him to me.
