Mike was great! He called right away with a time estimate and gave me rates so I'd know what to expect cost wise. He also called ahead and arrived before his first estimated time. Mike cleaned everything up and even called later that day to make sure everything was still in good shape. My husband and I are very pleased with his work

Called to see if being early for appt was a problem. Said not a problem & he was here within 20 minutes. Work was excellent & reasonably priced. Top quality. When he arrived introduced himself by handing me his business card first. Very personable and pleasant. Will use him again when I need help in future.

Mike is very knowledgeable and skillful professional! I should mention that in a span of few days we used Mike' services twice. On September 29 he changed the faucet in one of the toilet rooms, and on October 2nd the complete set up for the shower. both services were exelent.

Mike called to let me know his earlier job finished early and he could therefore be at my place earlier than originally scheduled if I'd like. I happily accepted this. He completed the work in the time quoted as estimated over the phone. He was friendly and professional and most importantly, able to clear my drain! Thanks Mike!

Very happy with the job Mike did, no issue at all when town inspector came by. I am planning on hiring him again for additional work later this fall. Always on time. Always up front with any findings on the job. When I asked him what he could do about the damaged door screen, he agreed on a compensation right on the spot.

Mike is great to work with. He will do what he says and show up when he says. I tried to get two other plumbers before Mike. Neither would bother to even return my calls because my business wasn't important to them. Mike explained everything and dealt with permits required. Will call him again for next project.

Very expensive!!! $230 to replace a 1/2 inch 90 degree elbow plastic pipe in basement easy access. I would have expected $150 the most. Had no choice with this provider due to personal time constraints.
