They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

The owners Richard and Robert LaBrie are brothers that grew up in the southern New Hampshire area. "We could not be happier with Bob and his company. Today we were looking for someone to remove a stump, after several people came by and said the job was too big, Bob was recommended. He was here within 30 minutes and said he could do the job. He would be back Monday or Tuesday (7/25-7/26). 45 minutes later he called back and said he had an opening today and could do it now if we wanted. Bob was back within the hour and the stump is gone and the hole filled in. Bob and his crew are polite, friendly and great at what they do. We will be using them again and would highly recommend him to anyone."
