+ 1 moreLee came over on a Friday morning and suggested that we check a second trap we hadn't tried draining, as our problem could be an easy fix and didn't want to charge us unless his services were truly needed. He left and told us to call him if that didn't work. We snaked the second trap and tried a few different things but with little effect. We called him back up and he said he'd be here first thing Monday morning at 8am. Lee arrived promptly, tried several things both in the bathroom and in the basement, and ended up needing to run a new line. Our problem has been solved.
Description of Work: Lee fixed our clogged tub. A toy was sucked into the drain, and as a result our bathtub and bathroom sink got backed up.
