Deliver My Oil

While checking heating oil prices here in Keene on NewEnglandOil.com I found this provider with prices that were 30cents less expensive per gallon than the company I usually use. I have 2 275 gallon tanks and needed over 400 gallons of oil so decided to give them a try. They are pretty much only a web based company and it doesn't seem that they have any services themselves, but contract it out. The minimum delivery is 150 gallons, prepaid, and since I didn't know who they were and there have been no ratings, I asked for the minimum delivery. I noticed some errors in their website which prevented billing and calling the number reached what seemed to be a home phone but the person was helpful and friendly and the error was corrected in a few days so the charge went through on the website. Within a day I got an email about the delivery and within 3 days the oil was delivered by a well known company in the area. No problems and will use them again. Oil prices went up by 20 cents over this period but the initial price was honored.
