Karen Saffian

Karen was fantastic! She was so knowledgable and had an answer to almost every question. If she did not know an answer, she had fantastic resources she contacted to find the answer. Karen fought for us tooth and nail in every interaction we had throughout the process of finding and then purchasing a home. She stood up for us with tough seller's agents and asked the tough questions. Karen was also extremely dedicated. Frequently she would drop other personal engagements to be there when we needed her and would sometimes drive across the entire state to meet us. Karen works out of the Prudential Verani in Londonderry, NH, but traveled all the way up to the Waterville Valley area for us. She was so patient and kind and made the whole process an awesome experience. She also made it personal to find us the house of our dreams! We absolutely love the home we purchased and never dreamed we would end up in a place so perfect for us, and we never would have looked at it if it wasn't for her! I highly recommend Karen for anyone who wants to walk away from a NH home purchase feeling incredible!
