And he also said to call back if I could not do it or if the fix did not work. He was correct in his assessment and the fix worked. Knowledgeable and honest!

+ -1 moreVery professional company!! Estimate was accurate and reasonable. Tom was very skilled at repairing my "antique" washer and dryer. Very respectful upon entering my home. He even swapped out his outdoor foot gear for indoor. Refreshing to find an honest, reliable repair service!!!

+ -1 moreThey were able to diagnose the issue which unfortunately was not good news to me as I need to buy a new fridge but the cost was very reasonable for their time and service.
Description of Work: Came home to find fridge and freezer warm. Called at 750pm and they closed at 8pm but said not to worry they were working late for no extra charge. Came over as soon as able.

+ -1 moreMy dishwasher had stopped working on a Friday afternoon when I was expecting 12 people for dinner and to stay over the weekend. In less than two hours he had a repair person here. Within a half hour, he disassembled the pump, found a piece of broken glass that short circuited the process and got the dishwasher working again. The service provider was professional, quick, and courteous. I will definitely be using them again!!
