I found that Mike did very good work, but unless the job was a big - high cost job he was frequently very slow to respond even when there were safety and livability issues - as in a front door that wouldn't stay closed during a New Hampshire winter. The last two times I tried to work with him I have had to find someone else to do the job due to his lack of responding when he said he would, even after repeat calls and waiting for weeks.

We had storm damage and mike was very accomidating from meeting with the insurance people before he had the job, to the very end when it was freezing cold and dark continuing to work so we had our roof. He is wonderfully respectful and plesant to work with. I am so happy. We are going to have him work on the rest of our house.
