Bob was here when he said he would be, he kept me appraised of what he found on my sump pump when he worked on it in his shop. He rectified prior instlllation issues with the pump setup, with good ideas, (this is my 3rd pump) that I think will stop future pump failures. Very helpful and pleasant even when digging under the snow to find the end of the pipe. Price was very reasonable considering all the work he did, including his 2 trips to the house/shop time and the price of the new pump and supplies. Thank you Bob
