Mike was very polite and returned calls. He was fast and efficient, Mike was also very good about cleaning up his work areas. I will highly recommend Kaar Plumbing and heating.

Mike Kaar answered his phone when I called this morning, big plus as far as I'm concerned, I explained my cellar was being flooded and I had to shut water off completely. Mike told me that he could very likely be here later in the day as he had jobs he was working on already, which was fine with me, he has a schedule too. I was just happy I was able to get in touch with someone who could come out.. Mike called me again later in the day and said he could be here around 5:30. It was almost exactly 5:30 when he arrived. I found Mike to be very personable, efficient, professional and really knew what he was doing. He replaced the leaking pipe quickly, corrected a couple of other things while he was here that might have been problems in the future. Very reasonable charges. All in all I would give Mike an A++++ for a job well done, for quick response and, while it may sound like a small detail, just the fact that he answered the phone when I called, I didn't have to leave a message and hope someone would call me back. I would highly recommend Kaar Plumbing and Heating to anybody without hesitation! I'm so glad Angie's list recommended him to me, Thank you Mike for a job well done!

Everything was fine

Mike was unbelievable. He responded to our Angie's List request almost immediately and setup a time and date. He was extremely accommodating and professional. We underestimated the work required as one leak turned into many many leaks. Mike worked late and then setup a follow-up appointment to finish the job. I cannot recommend Kaar Plumbing enough.

Mike came out within two days to provide an estimate; and he quoted a good price for the work. On the day of; he arrived in the time window he said he would, and took great care to keep my basement clean while he did drain line work. He did a great job and left the jobsite cleaner than he found it. Would hire again and recommend him to anyone else.

He came in, he told me what he would charged me and the quote was correct, everything was correct, no issues, no problems, he got a correct sized unit and I have no problem with it.

Mike did a great job on this repair and found another drain which was not installed properly and fixed that as well. I have used Mike before and will continue to use him foar all my plumbing needs.
