Doug did an excellent job of identifying what the issues were with my old garage door openers and explaining the pros and cons of the options that were available to me. He provided a detailed quote which was also quite reasonable for the job required. He arrived on time to perform the job and got it done for less than the quoted price. Both garage doors are now functioning well and I am very pleased with the results.

I had 2 sections of ceiling replaced. Doug was very professional about quoting a price and returned calls in a timely fashion. Tim the wallboard guy arrived in a timely fashion and did an awesome job on matching the ceiling pattern in one case and creating a new ceiling pattern in another room (the ceiling had suffered some water damage). Unfortunately, the water stain leaked through the next day. Tim returned on the next work day to repair and re-paint. No problems since.

Siding was blown off my home during a storm. Doug called me right back after the Service Magic inquiry and fixed the siding the same day. He even found the old siding which had been blown into some trees and put it back on. He then came back a couple of days later to replace another piece with a hole in it. Very thorough, professional and eager to please. Also a good communicator (no guessing where he is or if he'll get back to you). I hope to use his services again.

Good timely response. Not sure the cost reflected the amount of work/effort expended on the day of work they spent remedying the problem. Doug Wade called back to follow up and made two or three followup visits to ensure the problem was correctly diagnosed and resolved. Overall a very professional and satisfactory performance.
