+ -1 moreI called them to fix a broken lock. I am out in the country, and another company was asking $125 just to come out here. JS Adams said they would charge $35 to come out here, and might not need to charge any more than that for the work. The technician came over the same day, just when he said he would, and DID call first as I had asked. The technician explained why I had a problem, fixed it, and fixed a similar problem he had noticed on a different lock. Did NOT charge me more than the basic $35. Definitely would call them again.
Description of Work: Fixed a broken lock.

+ -1 moreExcellent! Two employees showed up as scheduled and stayed until the job was completed. We were given instructions on using the system and an operation manual on the system. The owner checked back with us several times to insure we were not having any difficulties.
Description of Work: Installed a home security system which included sensors on all doors, three motion detectors, one internal siren, one external siren, smoke, fire, temperature and water alarms. All of these are monitored 24/7 for approximately $20 per month. The reduction in my home owners insurance almost pays for the monitoring fee.
