Apparently the person who measured did not do a very good job. The granite did not fit in the shower. They made a small strip of granite to cover over the gap between the granite slab and the wall. When they installed shelves in the shower they used somebody's leftover kitchen counter. Thats what it looks like to me. Not what I had ordered. The shelves could not be removed. We had them cover the shelves with the design we wanted. That would have been fine but the owner gave me a very hard time about having to do that. I don't like the way I was treated. This was an expensive bathroom makeover. Re granite was paid well. I expected better service as a customer. And I expected the job to be done right. No refund of any kind was given to us for the mistakes on this job. That would have gone a long way towards a favorable review. Also when Re granite was delivering the granite for the back wall of the shower they dropped the large piece of granite on my new granite tile floor and broke a piece of tile. They patched it up and hoped that I wouldn't see it and didn't bring it to my attention. Of course I saw it immediately when I walked in the bathroom and demanded that they fix it. The owner gave me a very hard time about fixing the mistakes they had made. I don't like that. Stand up for your work and fix your mistakes. Re granite changed ownership from the time we had our kitchen installed to this bathroom job. The new owner? Not so nice.

Excellent experience from start to finish. These guys really know their craft! The facility is beautiful and the employees work together to get things right- no mistakes. My request to change the location of the seam was accomodated without question. The owner discussed my options for a backsplash, he made me feel as though my job was the most important one to him at that moment. Installers were perfectionists. I have to say this company is the best one I worked with on my recent kitchen remodel.
