Description of Work: I wanted an estimate on changing from oil to propane for both heat and hot water. A rep came out to see what needed to be done. Said he would get back with and estimate. After about a week I called, was told working on quote, another week without quote, I called and was told it would be mailed that night. NEVER got quote. Went with another company.

Description of Work: Had sulfur odor in water. Replaced older existing filter with new larger charcoal filter. Helped but did not eliminate the problem. After lengthy discussion, the decision was made to chlorinate the well. Complete instructions were given to me regarding the water situation for the next two days. Everything was done on time and professionally. Adrien even came to the house to review everything with me. All is well. Been using Pinney Plumbing since 1990.
