+ -1 moreFantastic. Price was fair, Brad Decatur was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He completed the boiler install in 1 day as promised, including winterization and system testing. I highly recommend Decatur Heating Services, and WILL be using them again.

+ -1 moreBrad made my problem a priority because I had no heat or hot water. He recommended an efficient product and provided me with an estimate (which he stuck to) on the spot. The next day he and his crew were there to start work, and brought a temporary water heater so I could shower, etc. They streamlined the plumbing and the work was super-tidy. They cleaned after themselves each day.
Description of Work: My 30-year-old boiler died, and its replacement involved a pretty complicated reconfiguration (a completely different kind of boiler).
