They called my number despite being on the national Do-Not-Call list. Not only that, the caller immediately started demanding personal information. I tried calling them back but they used a spoofed number to do telemarketing calls. There is also no way to be removed from their list on the website. From the other reviews here this is clearly a pervasive problem.

Do your research before hiring this company. Company cold-called us and happened to catch us during a period when we were investigating a new roof. The salesman was courteous, but wanted to pressure us into signing a contract that day, because "prices were going up." They also tired to gouge us with their pricing and wanted to roof over the existing roof (poor practice), instead of stripping old shingles off first. Based on that experience, I cannot recommend them.

The job was done in a very professional manner and the product quality was excellent

It was just over 3 months from the order date until the windows were installed. Two screens were not shipped with the windows and took an additional two months to obtain. Some interior painting of trim was not included in the work.

It seemed to go okay but a roof is very tricky. There were five guys throwing shingles around the roof and I didn't know how well things were getting done. I saw things that concerned me and I haven't heard from them. I haven't received a receipt after I sent them a check for $18,000.

I did a comparison and the going rate for a window installation is 120 to 150 dollars for each window top, for the widows themselves you can get a quality window for 400 to 500 dollars.

The Service people who came to do the job were very courteous and worked quickly and were pretty neat about cleaning things up after as well. The only thing I would say is that they need better communication about what time they are to be at a job from their office.

Other than feeling pressured to purchase right there and then, the service was ok, there were a few issues, one being snow on the present roof, they insisted they do this kind of work year round snow or not, was concerned about metal over a wet roof, but they did lay some kind of undercoat. The workers were friendly, but by no means clean, found cigarette butts and packs on another roof, called and spoke with them, they offered to come clean it up but by then I had done it myself. With snow on the ground there were many pieces of cut metal all over the ground, I again did the clean up after the snow melted, I have dogs and need no accidents, it is now May and I am still finding pieces of cut metal around but not as much. I have tried several times to get them to come back and crimp some of the ends on the back of the house, spoke with there business office and was told this would be done, as of May of this year it still has not been completed. Got another call about putting on a new roof, is there no record keeping to realize they had just completed one? Was told at the beginning of this job we would get a written guarantee on the work, material at the completion, this still has not happened. The only other issue was they cut my wire to my heated gutters and then tried to stuff it back so no one would see it after telling them to leave the wires alone, I spoke with them and yes they did reimburse us for the timer that had been destroyed, so that was a good thing. Overall it was not a bad experience, just not the very best that I was expecting, but I like the roof, lets just hope it holds up as well as they say it will Again the date of this job is approximate

The guys who installed were awesome and did an awesome job. Cleaned up everything every day. Polite, prompt, professional, etc. The salesman was less than honest so beware. Make sure EVERYTHING is included in your contract/price. Other than the salesman I would recommend this company.

I can't say there is a better company around. The entire job was done in 3.5 hours on one of the coldest days of the year. Workmanship was excellent. There was a crew of nine men and each had his own assignment. They cleaned up when the job was done and left the yard as it was before the job.

They came (promptly), talked to us (pleasantly), and measured, but never gave us anything firm on the estimate, even though we asked them to. I found them evasive and unprofessional. Obviously, we went with a company that would put their estimate in writing!

arrived on time returned a second time to discuss financing. gave us finacing options . We decided to delay the roof for one year.

A salesman, named James, cold called. As I actually did need new roofing I set up an appointment for 6PM. He came and talked non-stop and repeated himself 3 or 4 times. He was determined that he would leave with a signed contract, even though I CLEARLY stated that I never sign up for something on first presentation. At 7 PM I told him tht he needed to wind it up because, having had surgery very recently, I needed to go lie down and rest. He absolutely ignored me. Now, I will say that I should have just stood up and left, but I did not. Except I was uneasy about that. At 8:15PM I was so exasperated. Then he said that I could sign a contract and would have 3 business days to review and cancel if I wished. So, I signed (knowing that I would cancel because I NEVER wanted to encounter this man again), wrote a check for earnest money, and sent him on his way at 8:30PM. remember that I wanted him out at 7PM. Two business days later they deposited my check - not OK. Then they had 10 business days to reimburse me. It took 15. the woman accountant was pleasant. the salesman was NOT very professional. And all his talk about having a BBB rating of A+, was unimportant. Everyone gets A+ until a complaint is brought against them.

It went very well. The 2 installers worked in freezing weather, were very professional and worked straight through each day with only one brief break for lunch.

Salesman was very reasonable and answered all our questions. Was willing to work with us and at times convenient to us which helped because I travel a bit. The installers and "measurers" were polite and quick, doing exactly what was explained to us. They were neat and the noise and disruption was minimal. The windows are a pleasure to have and appear to work well. Overall a very good experience.

This company does NOT repair a roof that was not installed by them. They only repair a roof they installed or want to replace your whole roof. About two days after searching for roofing contractors on Angies list this company just happened to cold call me (strange - oh Angies list are you selling my info after I do a search?). The guy who called was very nice and i was really clear to him that I do not want or need a new roof. I only have a minor leak into the attic near the chimney and I want to vent out a bathroom fan. I specifically said that if you can't move the bathroom fan vent too, then i'm not interested. He said they do that and setup the appointment. I was very hesitant to use them because of the cold call and because of the less than perfect ratings on Angies list, but I figured I'd give them a try. They guy who came to my house was 25 minutes late (ok that happens). He was really nice, but explained this is not the kind of job they do. Thanks for wasting my time NH Exteriors!

The entire experience was exceptional, we have no complaints whatsoever about our dealings with NH Exteriors and will certainly call them in the future when we need any additional work done to our home.

The initial contract writing was great. When I called them with questions, I ran into some difficulty getting answers. They have not yet responded to some tile issues I called them about. They are slow to respond to me. The people who applied the product did not appear to be professional as we were promised.

They did a fantastic job. We've saved at least $400 on our heating bills this winter by having the house resided. They were very professional, showed up when they were supposed to be here, cleaned up every day when they were done and dealing with everyone in the company was very pleasant. It was a great experience and I've recently contacted them about having some windows done as well.

The service was excellent. They ran into some problems because we didn't know that the cinder block walls were full of cement and rebar so cutting out for three windows was a lot more than they expected but they made the best of it. The people who put the windows in gave us excellent service. We would recommend them to anyone. The people who did the siding showed up on time and did the work. They put on a roof a couple of years ago and they stuck by their warranty. We would use them again and would recommend them.

Got an unsolicited phone call from this company, offering a special promotion on siding, roofing, or window replacement. I explained I wasn't currently interested in those services, but in the interest of possible future business, asked if NH Exteriors was on Angie's List. At that point, the caller got very indignant and belligerent, insisting that their good rating by the BBB was the only legitimate rating. When I tried to discuss this, the sales person got even angrier and eventually hung up on me. Having seen their ratings on Angie's list, I understand why he was trying to talk me out of using it!

NH Exteriors came over to provide an estimate for a roof on a normal size home. The individual walked around the house and took some rough measurments. He then came into the home with his Dog and Pony show, demanded that my wife watch his act, then began an endless flipping of pages in a thick binder. When I would as a question get got miffed. At the end I asked for an estimate. He took out a blank piece of paper and wrote $33,000!!!!!! He then had the guts to ask for a deposit. Prior to this event NH Exteriors would call every month looking for work. After I sent this guy packing they no longer call. The roof was later estimated to cost $15,000 by a reputable co.

They come to me knowing that I'm retired and have little resources. They made their workers do what they said they were going to do. They negotiated with me on the price. I recommended them to others. I would use them in the future.

Initially I did not expect to replace my siding, but Shawn came out and showed me all of what is available to side my home with. Their company takes a different approach to siding a home, Shawn made me see the most important part of siding today is the insulation factor. NH Exteriors had a beautiful siding that allowed me to add lots of insulation to the home. Shawn did a great job of going through exactly how the work would be performed. The materials showed up as expected and the job was done very quickly, I think the whole process took two weeks. The crew was as described, prompt, thorough and artists at what they do. I have a lot of weird walls on the home. The crew leader Mike, was very helpful. He explained what he was doing, why and gave me options when there were several different ways an area could be done. They left the place clean and tidy, I couldn't be happier. Just a few days after the job was complete, I got my lifetime warranty in the mail, already filled out by the company and I received a follow up call to make sure everything went as Shawn described it would. I had nothing to say but thanks. A dollar well spent!
