+ -1 moreThings started well and he was on time and started to do work May 10, 2013. Then started asking for more money. Then his equipment broke. Then asked for more money which we were happy to provide thinking he has done a good job in the past and had done a lot of work in the neighborhood. June he showed up twice, July once, August not at all. We had repeated phone calls, emails, promises to show up and finish. He never showed up when he said he would or finish the job. It's been an embarrassment in the neighborhood to have a half finished fence. He then promised to return all money due to the amount of time it's taken and to do the right thing. True to form he never showed up, and now won't return calls, or emails. Con artist. Fraud. He took all the money and left us stranded for 3 months waiting for him. Finally had to hire someone else just to finish power washing the fence and putting sealer on it. If you hire him, good luck!! DON"T PAY IN ADVANCE NO MATTER WHAT STORY HE TELLS YOU!
Description of Work: Contracted to pressure clean and fungicide picket fence and put 2 coats of clear sealer on fence.

+ -1 moreWE HAD GOTTEN OTHER BIDS FROM THE LIST, BUT THEY WHERE ALL HIGHER THAN MR. GARDNER. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK AND HIS PROFESSIONALISM.
Description of Work: MR. GARDNER PAINTED A HOME FOR US, HE DID VERY MATICALIOUS WORK. HE REPAIRED ALL CRACKERS IN HOME, PRESSURE WASHED, USED MILDEWCIDE, DID TRENCHING BEFORE PAINTING. HE ALSO USED DURON PAINT AND GAVE US A 5 YEAR WARRANTY.
