Description of Work: I don't know what to say other than I called Tom (Yankee Door owner) on the advice of my neighbor who used him and said he did good work. Tom came down and we went over the work I was looking to have done; new rollers on all 3 garage door rails, 3 new garage door openers and an overall inspection and repair of a 30-year-old garage door system. He was friendly and seemed to know what needed to be done. He said he would get back to me in a week or two. I never heard back from him. It has been 2 months. I have called and left messages 4 times on his cell number and home number. He has never returned my calls. It's like he has dropped off the face of the earth. He could have at least called to say he was too busy, had an illness or just let me know what was going on. But no...nothing. If that's the way he treats customers, well, I am moving on.

+ -1 moreTom's expert advice was appreciated. He completely replaced one opener and checked the other. His quote was his end-of-project price and he completed the project when he said he would. We will hire him again when the second opener dies.

+ -1 moreThey utilized the old ones that I already had like the infra red senses and things like that for installing the garage door opener instead of using new ones. They should have put in a new one. I would use their services again in the future.
