+ -1 moreThe project was to restart a Hot tub that had not been used for two winters. Motors were seized, it smelled, and it leaked.
Description of Work: I inherited a hot tub from a friend and needed to get it going. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg, John gave me expert advice on what to do myself. He could easily have sold me hundreds of dollars worth of replacement parts, but instead coached me by phone and email on what to do to un-seize motors, get the electrical hook-up right, adjust the programming, etc. He's been super accessible and was able to get the parts I did need very quickly. Prices on supplies are steep, but I'll gladly pay extra to know there's decades of experience and eagerness to help. I also like that they promote alternatives to harsh chemicals.

Description of Work: After 20 days of trying to get All Season Pool and Spa to pick up the faulty spa - my yard is free of it. It took a BBB report filing against them, the police calling them and Angies List to get them to move on it.
