The estimate was done clearly and efficiently. The work was done on time and on budget. The work area was kept clean. The company followed up to check on how things went as well. We made a couple comments in the follow up that might have triggered a question / inquiry if we were fully satisfied but we did not hear anything back. Not a big deal but that is the reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars. Would use them again and recommend.

We hired Kevin Roy Builders to put a major addition on to our circa 1700s cape. Kevin spent a lot of time up front with us to determine exactly what we wanted and what our price range was. He developed a plan and budget that were within our means. The quality of the work performed by both Kevin and his site superintendent, Bill Ayers, was above anything we expected. We were so pleased we ended up having Kevin and his crew remodel much of the rest of the house including a new kitchen, bathrooms (3), new windows, doors, siding and roofing. We couldn't have been happier with the way the project turned out. All along, Kevin and his team kept us informed about what to expect, the timing, and any issues that we needed to address. We would definitely use Kevin RoyBuilders again!

I am thinking about using his services. He gave me several bids. The lowest was $2,500 and highest was $3,700 of the bids. I need him to replace my cabinets in my kitchen. He has nice cabinets. There were some companies that looked cheap, but not his. His were very very nice, but also pricey at the same time. I have not made up my mind to use them yet because of financial reasons. I would use them is I had the money rite now.

He is an unblievable builder who is very detailed and really thinks the project through.
