Generator Supercenter of New Hampshire

I want to thank the staff at the Stratham NH location. As a new customer, we got off to a bad start with a scheduling misunderstanding. After my earlier review, I want to acknowledge that they reached out to me to turn a negative experience into a positive one. It's nice to know that this company cares about their customers. I am very happy with the service they performed on my recent Generac generator. The customer service department and the technician were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company for your generator needs.

Very professional and informative about the work that needed to be completed on the servicing of our home generator.

The installation was performed ahead of schedule and was completed in just a few hours. The installers were friendly and professional. We did have a bit of an issue with some damage to our lawn, however I contacted the company (Rich M) and they responded immediately, did a great job and did so no hassle whatsoever. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a generator.

Great experience

I got an estimate from another company, but once they place the generator I then needed to contact someone else to connect it to my gas line. Generator Supercenter completed everything. Plus, they contacted the gas company to schedule replacement of my old meter.

Drew and the entire crew made this experience seamless. The installers were polite, friendly, competent and and tidy. The pre and post support was fantastic, the expectations around logistics, installation timing and ongoing service support was spot on. They show up when they said they would, tech was well versed in what he was going to do. Had a discussion about generators, he gave me an education about them. The service, price, were good, the professional appearance and approach to his job were exceptional.
