WET BASEMENT SOLUTIONS LLC

Wet Basement Solutions sealed the walls of our basement and installed a sump pump about three years ago. As of today, 5/2/23, our area has experienced a great deal of rain, which would have caused our basement to flood in previous years. Since WBS did their work for us, our basement has remained perfectly dry. My husband and I have been singing their praises for the last few days!

They were very prompt and worked quickly. The estimate was the final cost of the job. They were also very flexible about doing the work. We had originally planned to put new insulation in the floor joists, but after further consideration, we decided to just seal the space as planned without insulation under the floor. They are a nice local company. The owner of the business was there doing the work with a crew the whole time. Scheduling was easy, and they were very prompt and accurate with their time estimates.

They were prompt, and neat. Answered my questions thoroughly. One of the floats needed adjusting, and they performed other routine maintenance.

We did it by phone for our tenants, please stop asking about this.

Ed came out promptly to give an estimate, and the crew arrived less than 2 weeks later and completed the work in 2 days. Very pleased with the results.

Men were committed and worked diligently- had to return to redo couple area, but "boss: was right on top of things, determined to do it right. Odors are gone- happy with work done.

It was an excellent experience. They were knowledgeable, clean and punctual.
