After dealing with three other stores, Somersworth Stove Shop followed up with me within 24 hours on any communication. Jim even emailed me on his vacation. Ultimately, the Somersworth Stove Shop ordered a part for my stove and installed it in a prompt manner. I thank them for all their efforts.
Description of Work: Jim replaced the thermocouple and inspected my Regency gas insert.

+ -1 moreHe was there on time cleaned and answered any questiion we had. We went with them because chestnut hill would not call us back when one of the pieces broke. And needed fix before winter. Will never go back to chestnut hill.
Description of Work: got 2 extra creamic parts for stove. and a steamer pot and cricket. Jim came and cleaned the stove and replaced the creamic piece we bought 2 weeks before. Great place answered all the questions we had.
