*** A+ Service, I promised Mighty Clean I would write them a review because of the A+ Service*** I called Mighty Clean on Saturday 12/29 at 8:00 pm and had a last minute need for a Move-Out cleaning and Carpets otherwise my landlord would not return my deposit. I called Mighty Clean at 8 pm the night before and asked in there was any chance they could do the cleaning the following day because I had a pack and leave for Virginia Sunday night!!! The gentleman (Brad) who answered was empathetic and told me he could perform the services at 9 am the following morning (Sunday!) I was so GRATEFUL that he could do this at the last minute AND on a Sunday! I had hired a cleaning service to do my last move-out cleaning and was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the cleaning and they refused to come back and rectify the condition and I had to finish the job, so I was on guard and worried that I might experience the same disappointment as last time.... But to my surprise here is what happened.... He showed up the following morning with his wife (Michelle) and I had to leave to finish business but told them I would be back and when I asked about how long it would take, he responded and told me it would be about 4 hours to clean, do the windows and clean the carpets. When I told him that I thought it might only be a couple of hours because it was not that dirty, he explained that they still clean everything even though it might not need it, he explained that the cupboards collect grease even thought they appeared to be clean, he sprayed a chemical on them and it dripped yellow! I was amazed how they were willing to clean with detail! I came back after they called to tel me they were finished and when I walked in I could not believe how clean and fresh it smelled! I looked in the bathroom first and noticed everything was white and spotless! The floor never looked so clean too! I peeked around the toilet just to see the detail and they even got behind the toilet! The kitchen was amazing too! I was curious how detailed they were and my boyfriend pulled out the stove halfway and we noticed they had pulled it out and cleaned the sides and behind! Same with the fridge, it was pulled out and cleaned as well! The carpets looked BRAND NEW!! The removed a LOT of stains and I do not know what they put down for a deodorizer but it smelled AWESOME! Mighty Clean saved me at the LAST MINUTE and did 10 times better than I thought! They were professional on the phone and in person! When they were bringing they chemicals and equipment they looked like an army going to battle! They knew what needed to be done and they did it WAY BEYOND MY EXPECTATION! I would recommend Mighty Clean to ANYONE NEEDING cleaning or carpets!!! I regret that because of moving out of state I will not have the pleasure of using them again, but I still have family and friends that I will tell and I hope that anyone needing a cleaning or carpet service will call Mighty Clean!

My name is Dave and I hired Mighty Clean Services to clean some carpets at my home. I saw their van while sitting in traffic that offered a special for 3 rooms with other savings for additional rooms and stairs. The gentleman who answered the phone and quot;Bradand quot; was extremely helpful! He answered all my questions HONESTLY when asking him about some issues with my rugs. He explained that some stains are NOT removable as well as some dark areas that are actually wear NOT dirty! Well, I was scammed before when the carpet company said and quot;Yes they will come out, for an extra feeand quot; Once the carpet dried, they were still there! and quot;Bradand quot; also told me with my dogs living there that there would be a and quot;Wet Dog Smelland quot; after washing the carpets, but he would apply FREE deodorizer with the special price! The last company charged me $15.00 PER ROOM for deodorizer! When he showed up, he was assisted by and quot;Michelleand quot; as I found out was his partner and wife. They were both so pleasant, polite and informative as they took me through the rooms to be cleaned and were upfront about what I could expect, what could be removed and NOT ONLY what could not be removed, but educated to me why! His analogies gave me a new perspective on carpets! Summary: Great people, Honest, professional, GREAT PRICES, no pushy up-selling, GREAT outcome, VERY SATISFIED!!! Thanks Brad and Michelle - Will use you in the future and recommend to my friends!

I called around to have my carpets cleaned but most of the people on the phone were not informative toward telling me how the process works. I after searching on Craigslist for more options I saw that Mighty Clean Services was offering a special for '3 Rooms For $119.00' When I called the gentleman on the phone was VERY pleasant and informative by explaining the whole process which he named it 'The 8 Step Process'. When he showed up he had a woman with him and they started by examining the issues on my carpets and then handed me an envelope with information on the process they were about to do as well as other VERY informative information on after care! I thought that was very professional and showed that they cared about my carpets. They performed a VERY well done job and my carpets looked BRAND NEW again! They wiped up any water that got on my hard floors and showed much respect for my home! I would HIGHLY recommend them for any carpet work you might need. I have had my carpets done each year for the past 6 years and they are by far the best I can recommend! Lisa Rue, Dover NH
