there was difficulty contacting Hackworth between their first visiting my home to troubleshoot my security camera problem and 4 weeks later having them return to repair my Annke security box...learning later they were on vacation...when Paul Jr arrived he was very efficient and completed the job

You should be honest about the price not to find out from your bank account that how much it really cost if I knew but I didn t know that s not right you always be honest with the customer at all times

Showed up promptly for free estimate and was very flexible with scheduling. Followed-up when we needed an additional camera and moved all of the cameras to our needed viewing. Also, supplied excellent customer service with answering all of our questions and confirming everything was working correctly.

He was wonderful and helped me with an urgent issue related to our alarm system and did not charge anything. He was great and taught me about my ancient alarm system. Thank you!
