+ 0 moreTroy was the technician who installed and planned the whole thing. He created a plan for installation that ensured the least amount of repairs to cover up pipes. He was great every step of the way!
Description of Work: Complete heating system install in an older home. The oil steam heating system was replaced with a propane high efficiency force hot water heating system with on demand domestic hot water.

+ 0 moreFortier and Son provided an accurate quote to both time and cost. They stood behind that and nothing was changed from the plan. The technician that did all the work was named Troy. He was considerate on my home and was neat and tidy. His accurate measurements left me with a home that has consistent temperatures in each room. Status updates were given very regularly and I never once came home to a mess or a problem. As a local company in the area they stand by their installations and truly care.
Description of Work: I was in need of an entire new heating system. My old steam system failed. Out of the 4 vendors I met with Fortier was the only company to really listen to my needs and build a system with high efficiency around a historic home. The project involved installing a high efficiency boiler with on demand domestic hot water. The project also involved all new baseboard heaters in each room and multiple zones.
