Bad service. Dishonest.

Highly recommend Mark and his team! Mark called me within one minute of placing a request and scheduled a time. Mark clearly understands his business,is courteous, on time and I would certainly hire him again for any job!

Great! Our household consists of just my husband and I; the Maytag front load washer is only 18 months old. Since the COVID 19 issue, we are running loads a BIT more than we did. We are both back to work so clothes are worn only once, then washed;. Darks maybe 2X/week; white loads maybe 1X/week. Loads are on the small side. Sunday we noticed the Quick Wash Cycle was stopping short of the spin phase, leaving the clothes sopping wet and a small puddle of water in the washer. Sunday afternoon I called Mass Appliance Service blindly after a Google search of appliance repair companies. I left a message for them, as well as 2 other repair companies. Mark promptly returned my call on Monday morning, appointment set for late day Monday. Mark called, as he was running late on calls; we rescheduled for Tuesday. Tuesday, Mark arrived AHEAD of schedule. Assessed that a new hose was needed and installed it in under an hour. The price was reasonable too. Chatted about a Kenmore dishwasher issue, which I was going to set up a separate appointment for. Mark answered my question thus avoiding another service call - for now. The dishwasher isn't young, but not old either. Highly recommend Mass Appliance Service!

I was super pleased with the price. I found their prices to be better than Home Depot or Lowes. Mark was a sweetheart. Look forward to doing business in the future.

The tech talked more than he worked. He also would not answer a direct question as to how much a new switch would cost. The washer ran 4 small loads and stopped working again. Called and scheduled another service call and was told a tech would be there between 10 and 12 on Friday. At 12:30 I called them and was told that the tech was running late and would be there in an hour to an hour and a half. An hour and ten minutes later the tech calls and says that I'll have to reschedual the appointment because he doesn't have the part. I called and was told that a tech would be there the next day in the same time frame. On Saturday at 10:45am the tech calls and says that he'll be there later in the afternoon, with no time frame given. Never saw or heard from him again. Can't wait till Monday.
