Mark was outstanding.. on-time, excellent work and just a great guy in general!

Mark from Mass Appliance called within a couple of minutes of my request. He arranged an appointment that fit with my schedule and arrived on time. He tried to repair my clothes dryer but the cost of the repair would have been so expensive that it wasn't worth repairing (the dryer was old and had been bought used several years ago). Mark offered me a dryer at a very reasonable cost and returned the next day to install it. As part of the installation, and for the cost he quoted, he also replaced our old vent with a fireproof one (our old one was plastic), hooked up the dryer, made sure it worked, gave me a warranty, and took away the old dryer. All in all, this was an excellent service experience. I am happy with the work and would recommend Mark to anyone needing appliance work or a new or used appliance.

I was on your site and filled out a form for this business for a dryer repair today, early afternoon. I received a call at 2 pm from Mark stating he could come this afternoon as he was at a job in the area. He had parts in his truck and well before 5 pm, my appliance was running like new. He Replaced the belt as well as dollars and shortened vent tubing explaining the problems with too long tubing. He was friendly and professional. His price was amazing and comes guaranteed. Many services charge a large visit fee and then come back another day with parts for an additional fee. I would happily hire him again and highly recommend his services to anyone.

Mark went out of his way to save me from having to pick up or pay for delivery by picking up my dishwasher. He also removed the old one. He delivered his services on the exact date and time he promised. I was very pleased with his service.

Mark was excellent. He was responsive (answered my request on a Sunday!), reliable (showed-up when promised), professional and courteous, accurate (his diagnosis and quote were consistent with what needed to be fixed). No surprise charges, he stuck to his quote. All works great now. I had no basis to rate "value for money" only because I had no other quotes to compare it to. The price seemed fair though, relative to the amount of parts, time, and complexity involved. Much cheaper than replacing my equipment...that I DO know. Mark explained everything to the nth detail. I learned a thing or two about my equipment in the process. Anyone who's interested in being an apprentice may want to ping Mark to shadow him. He sure knows his stuff. Thank you Mark!

Mark was excellent on time at the site, called before arrived, went over the quote and charged a fee as quoted. His workmanship was 110% very clean before and after install of our dishwasher and guarantees his work. I will recommend to all friends and family. Great Job!

Mark was very responsive and was able to schedule my repair for the next morning. He was on time (despite a snowy morning and long commute) and quickly fixed my broken dryer - explaining what needed to be replaced.

I had to replace all my kitchen appliances and Mark was awesome. He and his man were well equipped and knowledgeable. They vacuumed the place, didn't leave any dirt behind and even put the floor mats in place. I would highly recommend these people.

Mark followed up by phone call promptly when I requested a quote on install of a new washer bellow. He scheduled service conveniently for me on a Sunday so that I would not have to take time off from work. He was on time, reasonably priced for the service, and pleasure to deal with.

We called Monday morning and Mark came in the afternoon. He promptly identified the problem and ordered the part we needed. The part delivery was delayed but he kept us informed which made it less frustrating. When the part arrived Thursday evening, he drove to Mass to get it and then to NH to install it at 8 pm.

I heard from Mark from Mass Appliance at 7am and he came the same evening, after work. He was super efficient, fixed my 20 year old washer, cleaned everything up and the price was right! I'll hire him again anytime my appliances need help. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
